As both a Certified Executive and Professional Coachand a Level II Reiki Practitioner, I blend corporate insight with restorative energy work. My approach is practical, results-driven, and grounded in real-world experience — yet infused with the kind of renewed perspective that helps people rise above burnout, rediscover their drive, and reconnect to purpose. I combine evidence-based coaching with mindful energy alignment to help clients move from barriers to breakthroughs — restoring focus, confidence, and clarity from the inside out.

I act as a conduit between intention and impact, helping professionals identify what’s holding them back and channel their energy into meaningful, measurable results. I’m creative, energetic, and forward-thinking. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean it’s the right way — old ways rarely open new doors.

My approach is simple: never judging, always listening, and holding clients accountable for the results they want to achieve. You can dream big — and you should — but lasting transformation requires actionable plans that turn those dreams into real-life outcomes.

How I Got Here

After a storied and extensive career in Talent Acquisition, I formally began my coaching career and consulting practice in 2015.

I’ve been in my clients’ shoes. I know that talent doesn’t always equal success — and success doesn’t always speak for itself. I wasn’t always confident in my abilities to create the career and life I wanted until I learned how to merge mindset, strategy, and energy into one powerful formula.

That realization led me to found Empower365 Solutions— a company built on the belief that you shouldn’t dread Mondays. My mission is to help people reconnect with meaning in their work so they wake up energized by what’s ahead, not drained by what’s expected.

Today, I divide my time between coaching clients and consulting with organizations on leadership, culture, and talent strategy. I’m a hands-on practitioner who has recruited, interviewed, and hired thousands of professionals — experience that keeps my coaching grounded in the real world.
